General Terms & Conditions:

• Standard Delivery time is 4-5 working days
• There can be delays in delivery time due to unexpected circumstances or public holidays
• If there is any issue with your order, kindly update us via email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavoidable circumstances; the customer will be notified via email in such cases

Shipping & Returns:

• In case, a customer wants to return a parcel, delivery charges will be paid by the customer
• Return request should be sent within 48 Hours of receiving the parcel
• The amount will be refunded in form of a store voucher that can be used by the customer in their next order
• Glass items can NOT be Returned or Exchanged due to risk of damage during the return process
• Free shipping on all orders above 2500/- rupees

Damages:

• In case of receiving a damaged item, a complain should be sent via WhatsApp number or email with pictures of the relevant damage within 48 Hours.
• Our customer care team will examine the issue & provide options as they deem fit.
