  1. How do I make an order?

    Choose your products from the website and click the Add to Bag button. Once you've added all your desired items to your Shopping Bag, proceed as follows:

    • Click the 'Shopping Bag' button to proceed to the checkout page.
    • Proceed to checkout
    • After entering all your required shipping and billing information.
    You will be contacted by phone to confirm and proceed with your order. A Sales Order Summary will be sent to you via email.

  2. I haven’t received a sales order summary, why?

    If you haven't received a sales order summary via email contact us at 03341114865 or Crockeryden on Facebook and Instagram.

  3. How do I search for an item on the website?

    Click on the search icon on the top right of the website. Enter the name of article you are looking for and press Enter on your keyboard.

  4. How will I know if Crockery Den has received my Order?

    You will get a call to confirm and process your order. or The Sales Order Summary emailed to you is also a confirmation that your Order has been received. If you do not get this email, please Contact Customer Services.

  5. Can I modify an Order after placing it?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes if the Order has been placed. However, if your Order has not been Processed, you can cancel it and place a new Order.

  6. Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order before the item is shipped. We typically ship orders by 4 pm on the next working day after the order is placed.

  7. How can I check the status of my Order?

    You will receive updates once your order has been processed, confirmed or out for delivery via text or email or call.
